OPEN:

11:00am to 9:00pm Sun - Thurs

11:00am to 10:00pm Fri - Sat

(Hours are subject to change)

(Due to road closures and parking availability creating unpredictable arrival times the YELP waitlist will not be made available during Old Town Temecula ROD RUN events, May 3rd and 4th)

Please be aware The Goat and Vine no longer has Outside Patio or Dog Friendly seating. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant except for service animals. (This does not include emotional support animals).

In order to accommodate as many guests as possible and reduce wait times, the Goat and Vine DOES NOT take reservations. Instead, we are happy to offer a waitlist system powered by YELP to assist our guests in securing a table at or near their desired time.

The wait list system works on a first come first served policy. However, on the day of, you can check the quoted wait time on the list by visiting our Yelp page at www.yelp.com/biz/the-goat-and-vine-temecula and if the wait time matches (or is close to) the time you are planning on arriving you can add your name remotely to the list through the same Yelp page. We recommend checking the waitlist at least two hours in advance of the time you desire to dine with us. If you have any questions about putting your name in through the Yelp page, please don't hesitate to call the host desk at 951-695-5600 and they will be happy to assist you.

Remote access to the wait list is available for parties of 1-5. For parties of 6 please call the restaurant three to three and a half hours before you plan to come in to be put into the waitlist manually. 6 tops tables have less availability so the wait my be higher than the quoted time on YELP.

For larger parties between 7-8 please contact the host desk the day of as early as possible, we open at 11:00am. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8.

Please understand that we only have one table that can accommodate larger parties so seating times are first come first serve and we cannot guarantee availability. All large parties are told to call as early as possible the day of so we take them in the order answered. The time slot you are looking for may be taken by another guest before you call. We have only two phone lines so we cannot connect to everyone at once. You may have to call multiple times. The phone lines do not open until 11:00am. Once again, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY.

Raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Brad’s culinary passion was shaped by his access to fresh baked breads, made from scratch pancakes, wild caught salmon, moose, caribou, and fresh picked berries. Brad said, “Delicious and wholesome ingredients were standard growing up in Alaska. Words like “organic”, “local”, or “farm to table”, never had to be stated because it was already implied in everything we did. We all knew and it was already understood that’s how it should be.” Today Brad brings that same culinary perspective to The Goat and Vine. His desire is to provide the community with the most honest and wholesome made from scratch ingredients available, just as he grew up on in Alaska.

Prior to opening The Goat and Vine, Brad was the owner/operator of Great Harvest Bread Company for six years. While at Great Harvest, Brad’s store won the Top Bread Award for three consecutive years. Great Harvest, Temecula was also ranked in the top 20 bakeries across the country for six consecutive years, an accomplishment that has not been replicated in California since.

Before Brad brought Great Harvest Bread Company to Temecula, he and his wife Alicia, owned McGee Homes, where they were custom home builders in Alaska. Their work was so acclaimed that it has been featured on HGTV and has earned them the coveted Golden Hammer Award in building.

Brad was also a teacher for five years, where he coached high school boy’s varsity basketball. During his time as a coach, he was named regional coach of the year for his outstanding leadership and mentorship of his team. Brad said, “it has been my time spent as a coach that has inspired me to build The Goat and Vine as a family, as a team that truly embodies the idea that we are stronger and better together than alone.”

Delicious and wholesome ingredients were standard growing up in Alaska. Words like “organic”, “local”, or “farm to table”, never had to be stated because it was already implied in everything we did. We all knew and it was already understood that’s how it should be.

Brad holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He is also an avid reader in the craft of beer and wine and has achieved the status of level one Sommelier certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

When not working, Brad enjoys surfing, fly fishing, camping, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. He also has a passion for eating great food with great people.
